PRE-SCREENING QUESTIONS

All prospective tenants will be asked the following questions prior to setting an appointment: 

 
When do you plan to move?
How many people will be living in the home?
Do you have any pets?
Part of our screening process is a required background and credit check. Do you have any problems in those areas?
If you are currently renting:
Where do you live and have you paid the rent on time?
If you are not currently renting, where are you living?
Where are you employed? Our income requirement is verifiable income of 3x the rental amount. Income verification will be submitted to your current employer or if self-employed, we will need income tax records to substantiate the income requirement. (Rent of $1000, renter would have to have income of $3000).
 

All rental applications must be accompanied by $35 cash application fee and the first month's rent.
